Property Management

Property management is the practice by which a third party is responsible for maintaining a residence’s status quo and appeasing its occupants. Therefore, property managers are traditionally hired by facility management services  to oversee the daily operations of their clients sites assets and deal with any questions or concerns of owners may have. If the property is vacant, it’s the property manager’s job to see maintenance and repair issues, responding to owners/tenants issues, even facilitating Move-in and pursuing evocations.

Property Manager deal directly with saving your time handling maintenance and repair issues, responding to tenant complaints, and even pursuing evictions. Plus, a good property manager brings its know-how and experience to your property, giving you the peace of mind that comes with knowing your investment is in good hands. Finally, a property manager is an independent contractor, so you avoid the hassles of being an employer.

Property manger main roles and responsibilities as follows in any property, 

  • ​Frequent site visits

  • Handling of end to end operations across all sites.

  • Property operations audits

  • SPOC for all the designated projects.

  • Maintain an effective command over all service managers

  • Customer relationship Management - Client's engagement. Contract renewals & negotiations to maximize profits.

  • Continuous coordination with Property Manager and his team to ensure smooth site operations

  • Ensured 100% compliance towards M&E, Housekeeping, Security & Safety, Horticulture, Pest Control services and adopted best practices to ensure service delivery as per the SLA

  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement of people, systems, processes, and service

  • Lead generation.

  • Coordinate/handle all internal and external meeting settings.

  • Submission of invoice, tracking and collection of the same

  • Ensure strict adherence to SLAs

  • Works with security department to coordinate all building fire/life safety drills/seminars.

  • Monthly operations metrics.

  • Analyze the data as per the reports and make necessary changes to improve the overall performance of the business.

  • Preparing the Daily/Weekly and Monthly reports.

  • Liaison works with Govt. Agencies viz, PCB, BESCOM, CEIG, BWSSB, etc
